Children, teens, and young adults often want to get organized, learn more effectively, and make future plans but they may find themselves questioning how to do this. Sometimes devleopmental delays can also cause executive functioning challenges. Executive functioning coaching helps students and adults identify goals, helps map out plans, and supports individuals through the process of moving towards their goals.

• Independence

•  Flexibility in situations and in thinking

•  Organization

•  And more

What happens during a session?

Each client will meet virtually in a one-on-one session with a consultant who will help set goals, break down tasks, share strategies to assist with stress, create a timeline for goals, and more. Each client is unique and will have sessions tailored to their needs, goals, strengths, and challenges.

Which age groups do you serve?

I serve all age groups. Children in primary school will benefit as will high school students, college students, and young adults. Each session is individualized to achieve the best results for you. Young clients often focus on behavior and emotion regulation strategies as well as communication strategies whereas older clients may have more school and work related goals.
